Add an Agent to an Office Account

Add agent profiles to your office account to give them access to their own Control Panel where they can see their own leads and listings, and create an agent bio page.

To add a new agent to your office account, click Users in the main menu, Agents in the submenu, and Create from the drop-down menu.
Create a Username and Password for your agent so that they can log in to their own IDX Control Panel.

I’m going to set up some basic information for this agent and then allow them to update the rest of the content once they get their new login information.

Enter a valid Primary Email address where your agent will get new lead notifications and other important messages.

Bio Information will show on the agent’s Bio Page near their contact details. Introduce the agent’s background, or market their skills and experience. Images can be added as well as embedded YouTube videos. The agent can also add this information from their own Control Panel.

Click save changes at the bottom of the page and your new agent is set up with an account that they can update with additional information.
I’m just going to add one more piece of information to set this agent up.
Navigate to the MLS tab.
Connect your agent profile to the MLS agent data to pull in active listings from the MLS to the Bio Page. Use the drop-down to find the agent’s name or type in their agent ID here.

Be sure to save changes again and then select Agents -> Manage to see your new agent in the list.

Now that a new user is created, send them login information to access their new tools and finish the profile by clicking the envelope icon.
