Agent Dashboard Overview

As an agent in an office account, you may have your very own login. This gives you some unique features to manage your listings, contact information, and leads.

When you log into your agent account, a more concise console will greet you. The navigation only includes the settings available for your account level. The IDX Broker account holder can adjust your permissions if you don’t see the options you need.

The Bio tab contains the information and styling that you can apply to your bio page. Here the account information can be changed, a photo added, or agent specific sub-headers applied. You can also affect how the property update emails go out to your leads.

The Message Center is where you will find copies of emails sent out to you and your leads on your behalf. When a lead signs up, receives property updates or requests more information from you, look here for those notifications.

From the Listings navigation, you can make changes to your listings that show up on your IDX website.

If the permissions allow, you can edit details of your listings, like price, open house information or images. You can also edit Sold/Pending listings or even add supplemental listings.

Select Leads -> Manage, for a list of assigned leads. From this list you may see the history of these visitors, or add in new saved links or properties that the lead may be interested in.

From the export tab, lists of leads can be generated for use in other databases or lead management services.
