A primary function of IDX Broker is the featured ID. Learn all about how IDX Broker uses agent IDs in this Featured ID overview. Featured Properties are those that indicate you as the listing agent in the MLS. Single-Agent accounts feature one agent’s properties. Upgrade Team or Office IDX Broker accounts to accommodate as many agents as you require. Upgrade or downgrade the level of your IDX Broker account at any time from your control panel in the Upgrade Center.
Determine which agent listings to feature on your site, by selecting your Featured ID in the IDX Broker preferences. Single-Agent accounts may have been configured when the Support Team set up your account.
Check these settings from your dashboard by selecting Preferences in the main menu and Featured IDs in the submenu.
If you signed up for a Single-Agent, Team Account, or have a small office, choose the Agent ID button to continue.
Choosing Agent IDs will present a list of agents from which to choose. Select the agents you would like to associate with your Featured Properties by selecting the checkboxes.
If you have a large office or several offices, it may benefit you to use the Office ID. This will save you from having to select every single person individually.
If you choose Office ID, this will automatically select all the agents connected to the Office IDs associated with your account.
If total number of agents in the office is more than the available spots you have in your IDX Broker account, the Control Panel will automatically select the first of them in alphabetical order up to your account maximum.
The IDX Broker support team attaches your Office ID to your account during the initial setup procedure.
If you believe the Featured Properties are not pulling up the correct listings, contact the Support Team.
Once completed, navigate to other parts of your IDX dashboard to complete any additional tasks.
You can come back to these settings anytime to change the agents that you are featuring.
